And you don’t even have to be particularly rich, thin, or young to make the grade. But most people have
wardrobes stuffed full of things that no longer fit and some that may have never even seen the light of day.
Faced with such chaos, it’s no wonder that most women (and lots of men too) regularly experience those
moments when we feel like we haven’t got a thing to wear (even though, in reality, most of us have far too much).
Click on the button on the right to book your “wardrobe workout” appointment. Once you have booked, you will need to complete a quick, confidential questionnaire ahead of your workout date. The “wardrobe workout” takes place in your home and is informal but potentially life changing! It’s a couple of hours just for you, to get your wardrobe sorted once and for all. (And no need to worry, there’s no Gok or Trinny-style standing around in your undies!) After the workout you will receive your report, shopping list and privilege card by post, within three days.

We recommend that prior to your wardrobe workout appointment you use the opportunity for a wardrobe clear out. Take out anything that is damaged or will never fit you again and donate it to charity/friends/family (or for items in good condition think about selling them). As a rule of thumb if you haven't worn it for a year, it should go! You can also keep a "maybe" pile, which can be reviewed on the evening. Doing the above isn't compulsory, but it will leave more time on the evening to focus on you and to develop some key looks.
